Dr Moghe’s journey began in 2011 when she started her career in the Ayurvedic Pharma Industry as a Production Manager in Pune. Her hands-on experience in medicine-manufacturing and company management laid a solid foundation for what was to come. However, her true calling was in the clinical field, which led her to join an Ayurveda center specializing in critical illnesses and medical emergencies. This invaluable experience not only sharpened her skills but also instilled in her the profound healing potential of Ayurvedic medicine.

Through her interactions with patients, Dr Moghe understood the importance of listening and providing a holistic approach to their well-being. It was during this time that she discovered her innate healing abilities through touch and massages. Her practice began to evolve, and she ventured to establish her own brand in Pune called “Dr Moghe’s.” Little did she know that her journey was just beginning.

Life took an unexpected turn, and Dr Moghe had to return to her hometown, Goa. With unwavering courage, she started afresh and rebranded her practice as “Dr Moghe’s Samatvam.” The name itself reflects the essence of her mission – the attainment of equilibrium of the mind and body, regardless of external circumstances.

At Samatvam, they offer a range of services, including in-clinic and Tele-Ayurvedic consultations for acute and chronic disorders. Their expertise lies in managing diseases related to the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, digestive system, reproductive system, and lifestyle disorders prevalent in the modern era. For deep detoxification, they provide Panchakarma procedures like Vaman, Virechan, Basti, Nasya, Agnikarma, Abhyangam, and Shirodhara. The clinic is also known for its specialization in Ayurvedic massage and other massage techniques tailored to individual needs.

Recognizing the importance of nutrition in Ayurveda, Dr Moghe’s Samatvam provides personalized dietary advice based on the vast knowledge of “Aahara” from Ayurvedic texts. Their approach is holistic, enlightening patients on the intricate connections between their bodies and the surrounding environment.

As Dr Moghe aptly puts it, “All Indic sciences reveal their true glory when the practitioner and follower have a consistent and undying faith in them. Ayurveda is no different. Have immense faith in it, and it will give you more than you can contain or ask for.” These words echo the spirit of Dr Moghe’s Samatvam, and their approach to Ayurveda.
