Despite initially pursuing science during her formative years in class 11 and 12, she encountered a detour that ultimately led her to the field of Human Development. During her undergraduate studies at J.D. Birla Institute in Kolkata, Simran’s fascination with psychology was ignited. The subject captivated her, prompting a deeper exploration into the complexities of human behavior and cognition. Her dedication and academic excellence were duly recognized when she emerged as the gold medalist with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Human Development.

Eager to deepen her understanding of the human psyche, Simran pursued a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology at Gujarat Forensic Sciences University in Gandhinagar. Over the course of two years, she immersed herself in both theoretical knowledge and practical application, honing her skills as a clinician and researcher.

Upon graduating in 2019, Simran embarked on a professional journey marked by a steadfast commitment to mental health advocacy. Initially, she lent her expertise to a non-profit organization, where she provided support to individuals grappling with various mental health concerns.
