From 9:00 am to 10:00 am, enjoy a nourishing breakfast accompanied by affirmations that will uplift your spirit. Then, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, savor a delicious lunch that nourishes both the body and soul (suggested donation ₹200 per meal).
